If that is not enough, then also come on by to the Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament at the Game Den on the 15th as well!
Location:
Game Den
Valley Fair Mall
3601 Constitution Boulevard
Salt Lake City, UT 84119
When:
Tuesday, April 13th, 2010
Registration starts at 5 PM
Tournament starts at 5:30 PM
Entry Fee:
$1/person with all entries going toward prizes.
Rules:
This will be a Modified tournament.
Team mates will be determined at random.
During set up each player sets out four prizes.
Each player may have a maximum of 4 Pokemon on his or her bench.
You may play a Supporter with the effect of the Supporter being on your team mate (whenever a Supporter says "you" of "your" in it's effect you may have it apply to your team mate), but you may still only play one supporter per turn.
When using an attack, it only affects the apponent you attack, including imunity, discarding of tools/stadiums, reduced damage, exc. This also counts for things such as Jumpluff, you only count your's and your opponent's Pokemon that you are attacking.
If either player on a team cannot draw a card at the start of his or her turn, that team loses.
All eight prizes per team must be drawn to win.
Only one Stadium may be in play at a time and it affects all players.
Burn, Poison, and Sleep damage counters/rolls, are only done before and after the turn of the player who is affected.
If you knock out one of your opponent's Pokemon and you have no prizes left you team mate draws a prize.
The Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament will be at the Game Den on April 15th. registration will begin at 4:30 with the tournament starting at 5 PM. Team Mates will be selected at random. There is a $1 entry fee to go toward prizes. All items will be disabled other than the Smash Ball. Stages will be pre-determined.
